At the start, we collect your website, brand voice, audience, services, visuals, campaigns, key dates, and the way you do not want to sound. Content is built from those sources and the first setup call; when source material is limited, the system falls back to durable topic areas for your sector.

No passwords are required. We can deliver content by Telegram or email, add Manual Publishing Support so the Postera team handles the final publish step, or give you a secure connection link for automated publishing so you connect the account yourself.

The final post is sent 24 hours before publishing. You can reject it, write a change note, or ask for a new version; rejected content does not publish. For teams that want more control, text review sends only the caption, headline, and on-image text 48 hours before publishing, before visuals are generated. If there is no approval or rejection within 24 hours, text review is auto-approved and the final visual/post is prepared and sent 24 hours before publishing.

With Customer Approval, every post is sent to you before publishing and nothing goes live until you approve it. Even in Automatic Publishing, you can reject a post, request a change, or ask for a new version; rejected content does not publish. If Manual Publishing Support is added, the Postera team handles the final publishing step.

When source material is limited, the system moves into sector evergreen topics and audience problem areas. It never invents fake statistics or claims.

Revision allowance depends on the package and monthly visual volume. As a practical ratio, a flow with 25 visuals usually has about 10 revision slots planned in; higher-volume or heavier-review workflows are scoped clearly in the package.
