Postera provides autonomous social media content creation and publishing planning services for businesses. The service includes:

• Social media content strategy creation
• Visual and text content production
• Publishing calendar planning
• Content preview and approval workflow
• Automated or assisted publishing

Service details, scope, and pricing are determined during the onboarding call.

The booking system operates through a third-party service (Calendly). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when booking.

All content on this Site (text, design, visuals, code) belongs to Postera and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Social media content produced for clients is transferred to the client upon payment completion.

• The service operates on a monthly subscription model.
• There is no long-term contract; you can cancel anytime.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
• Sample content is provided before production begins — if you do not approve, production does not start and no charge applies.

• Postera cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by policy changes of third-party platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
• Due to API limitations of social media platforms, some features (trending audio, location tags, etc.) may not be added automatically.
• The Site is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.
