These terms of use apply to all visitors and clients using postera.tech (marketing site) and app.postera.tech (the app) ("Site and App"). By accessing the Site and App, you agree to these terms.

Postera provides autonomous social media content creation and publishing planning services for businesses. The service includes:

• Brand preview and account creation via Google Sign-In (on app.postera.tech)
• Social media content strategy creation
• Visual and text content production
• Publishing calendar planning
• Content preview and approval workflow
• Automated or assisted publishing

Service details, scope and pricing are determined via postera.tech and app.postera.tech; calendar and content are AI-assisted.

Booking and account creation are handled via postera.tech and app.postera.tech (including Google Sign-In). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

All content on the Site and App (text, design, visuals, code) belongs to Postera and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Social media content produced for clients is transferred to the client upon payment completion.

• The subscription starts with a 14-day paid trial for 1 US dollar, after the free preview and your approval of the sample posts; at the end of the trial, the monthly plan starts automatically via Paddle.
• If you cancel during the trial, the monthly plan never begins and the monthly amount is never charged.
• There is no long-term contract; you can cancel the monthly subscription anytime.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Preview is free before you subscribe; paid production starts after you approve the samples.

• Postera cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by policy changes of third-party platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
• Due to API limitations of social media platforms, some features (trending audio, location tags, etc.) may not be added automatically and may require manual publishing.
• The Site and App are provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.
